Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ months of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Creation and delivery of hospitality and brand activation programs that reinforce the Client’s Brand, support the DSRI sponsorship strategy, drive business outcomes and maximize impact with customers.
  • Manage day to day event planning lifecycle for sponsored events, conferences and activations including program development, event registration, ticketing, event communications, food & beverage, transportation, gifting, staffing, etc.
  • Define execution plans and timelines for and drive the on-time delivery, successful delivery of all event components.
  • Responsible for ensuring all governance, compliance processes and required systems are followed for all sponsorship hospitality assets.
  • Communicate ticket and event availability and manage allocations across business units.
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate team, key Public Affairs and Line of Business partners, Meetings & Events team and other key stakeholders to ensure events is managed effectively.
  • Manage relationships with sponsored properties, vendors and other external partners.
  • Budget management.
  • Develop presentations and other documents for leadership independently and in partnership with other team members.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of events, conferences and activations in achieving business and brand objectives and identify appropriate performance measures, collect feedback and report findings.

  • Experience managing sponsorship events, conferences and activations from start to finish.
  • Have proven superior attention to detail, project management skills combined with program execution skills.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Marketing.
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Marketing.
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to client personnel in Marketing.
  • Reports to the VP, Hospitality on the Sponsorships & Brand Engagement Team and leads the planning, management and execution of complex sponsorship events and activations for Diverse Segments, Representation & Inclusion (DSRI) group.
  • Responsible for creating enhanced brand experiences for our invited customers, prospects and consumers at 5+ sponsored events yearly.
