Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of Project Management/ Execution experience in a complex regulatory environment
- 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, risk, compliance or operations roles
- Advanced MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong Change Management / Program Management expertise
- Proven self-motivated and comfortable operating in large transformational programs as part of collaborate teams
- 7+ years’ experience working within the Financial Services Industry
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding BSA/AML and Sanctions requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique BSA/AML challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
