Required Skills & Experience

• Project Management and Business Management experience in a Cybersecurity Department / Organization at a large financial institution.

What You Will Be Doing

• A range of Office / CISO tasks including but not limited to: Business Management, Expense Management, Workforce Reporting, Project Management.
• Ad hoc requests from any business services lead in Cybersecurity (across any domains).
• Project Management:
  • Developing timelines, action plans, and roadmaps for Cyber projects.
  • Tracking progress in Jira following agile methodologies.
  • Dealing proactively with roadblocks and escalations.
• Headcount Reporting:
  • Tracking team size, turnover, and hiring progress for a cybersecurity department or organization.
  • Analyzing workforce capacity and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Partnering with HR and recruiting teams for talent acquisition.
• Expense Management:
  • Budget planning for cybersecurity projects, tools, and operations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on cybersecurity spend against budget forecasts.
  • Justifying budget needs to senior leadership or finance teams.
