QA Data Testing Lead

Contract Duration: 6 Months

The QA Data Testing Lead will oversee and manage all aspects of data testing to ensure compliance and data accuracy for regulatory audits. This role involves team coordination, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication to guarantee project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the testing strategy for 400+ data components.
• Coordinate the testing process, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the creation, execution, and validation of test scripts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding testing progress and issue resolution.
• Monitor and ensure all testing deliverables meet regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior QA team members to ensure coverage of all critical data points.
• Conduct risk assessments to prioritize testing efforts.
• Provide regular status updates, test reports, and defect summaries to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading QA testing projects, particularly data-focused initiatives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and data integrity principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in QA tools and frameworks for data testing.
• Experience with database systems and data analysis tools.
