We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic financial company located in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, onsite position where you’ll be responsible for supporting the internal systems, including Active Directory, Windows environments, Mobile Device Management (MDM), GP, and Office 365. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience providing technical support in these areas.

Required Skills & Experience
· Experience with Active Directory, Windows operating systems, MDM, GP, and Office 365
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with Microsoft Exchange and server management
· Familiarity with network infrastructure
· Previous experience in a financial or corporate setting is a plus
