Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows system administration (desktop and server).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, topologies, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure/Entra, Intune, and 365 Administration.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Scripting expertise (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Experience with LAN/WAN/VPN design and administration.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Backup and recovery software implementation and troubleshooting expertise.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Modern Workplace administration or development.
- ERP, CRM, and project management software experience.
- Cisco IOS and ASA knowledge.
- Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools experience.
- Linux administration skills.
- Knowledge of SIEM tools and IT security best practices.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Rewst or OpenAI applications.
