This is a full-time Managed Services Engineer role with a technology-driven organization offering remote work flexibility and occasional on-site collaboration opportunities. We are seeking a skilled IT professional to take on complex challenges, resolve advanced technical issues, and drive innovation. Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows system administration (desktop and server).
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, topologies, and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure/Entra, Intune, and 365 Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Scripting expertise (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Experience with LAN/WAN/VPN design and administration.
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Backup and recovery software implementation and troubleshooting expertise.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Modern Workplace administration or development.
  • ERP, CRM, and project management software experience.
  • Cisco IOS and ASA knowledge.
  • Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools experience.
  • Linux administration skills.
  • Knowledge of SIEM tools and IT security best practices.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Rewst or OpenAI applications.
