My team and I are currently partnered with a Fintech company based in the Fort Mill area, is seeking a talented Lead/Senior .NET Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex financial applications and systems. You will lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions
Responsibilities: As a Lead/Senior .NET Developer, you will leverage your extensive experience in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server, to tackle challenging projects and optimize existing systems. You will be instrumental in defining technical requirements, setting development standards, and ensuring the successful delivery of features within deadlines. The hybrid work model requires you to be in the office 3 days a week, allowing for flexibility while fostering team collaboration and engagement.
