This position is full-time located in Chicago, IL. The company is looking for a talented professional who excels in providing high-level network support and engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto technologies, and be comfortable providing level 2/3 network support. This position requires strong Network Engineering skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The company provides a fun and collaborative environment. Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in network engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Network Engineering
  • Proficiency with Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto network devices
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure
  • Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot complex networking devices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Expertise in routing protocols, particularly BGP and OSPF
  • Experience with VPN technologies and implementations
  • Cloud Networking experience (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of financial markets and related technologies
  • Vendor specific certifications (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto)
  • Experience creating comprehensive network diagrams and documentation

  • 40% Network monitoring, maintenance, and optimization

  • 50% Hands-On network operations and advanced troubleshooting
  • 30% Client and vendor communication
