In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring users remain productive and supported across a complex suite of tools and platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Extensive recent Phone Support experience
  • Understanding of ITIL enivronment
  • Previous support of legal services environment
  • High-volume phone customer service
