In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring users remain productive and supported across a complex suite of tools and platforms.
It’s a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, while supporting a tech-savvy and highly engaged user base. You'll also collaborate with a wider IT team to uphold service standards and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive recent Phone Support experience
- Understanding of ITIL enivronment
- Previous support of legal services environment
- High-volume phone customer service
- Stand-Out communication
