Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years leading engineering teams, with a focus on talent development
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, emphasizing large-scale computing solutions (primarily AWS)
• Deep understanding of AWS services, cloud security, networking principles, and container orchestration
• Strong background in Agile/Lean methodologies and automation principles
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 3 years of experience
• AWS Solution Architect Associate certification

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in financial services sector
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems
• Expertise in cloud security, compliance, and controls
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, including VPCs, firewalls, and secure gateways
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps principles
