Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with multi-platform Windows O/S
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. of computer equipment ad work on ladders for extended periods
- Willingness to travel up to 80-85% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certifications: CompTIA (A+, Network +, Server+, Security+), MCITP, CCNA
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange
- Familiarity with ITSM Ticketing Tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
