Required Skills & Experience
- Technical degree
- Experience in a technical support role
- Strong Linux OD knowledge and experience
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows System administration
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with email, Microsoft Teams, and telephone communication
- Strong independent work ethic and attention to detail
- Outstanding analytical and investigative research skills
- Technical support experience in the trading industry
- Familiarity with Micosoft SQL Server administration
- Experience with SQL, Python, C#, R, or C++
- QA testing experience or scripting skills
- Familiarity with Bash
- Knowledge of Nagios
