Lead Full Stack Software Engineer / Angular / Node

 This well-funded growing startup is looking to build out its culture in Chicago. This is a Full-Time Lead Software Engineer position, hybrid three days in Chicago.
You’ll be the second Software Engineering hiring in their US-based team and will be a big part of them scaling their application to be able to handle larger events on their core platform. They have found a niche in a top industry that is allowing them to take advantage of the market and grow quickly. You’ll be adding features and focusing on scaling using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and Node. You’ll also be helping mentor and guide the rest of the team, while being hands on. • 8+ years of professional experience
• Strong with Full Stack TypeScript
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience in smaller, fast-paced environments
• BS+ in CS/STEM/Related

• Strong with modern Angular versions
• Experience with Node frameworks like Express, Hapi, etc.
• Strong communication skills

• MS+ in CS/STEM/Related
