Job Description
We are helping a trading firm that hire a full time Linux System Administrator. This role will be onsite and the Downtown Chicago. This company is looking for someone with only a few years of experience in Linux. They are looking to train and mentor this person, so if you’re looking to start your career in the trading space, this would be a great role for you.
You must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. They are looking for you to have a thorough knowledge of at least several of the following technologies: Linux administration, networking protocols, management and configuration, database management, enterprise storage, VMWare, security, performance tuning, proficiency in scripting. Familiarity with networking test equipment/software and Microsoft Windows administration is a plus. Required Skills & Experience

- Some Windows experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Linux administration
