We are partnering up with a financial firm to hire a contract to hire Microsoft M365 engineer. This contract will be about a year with potential conversion after then. The firm is a leading global financial services provider, offering a wide range of trading, execution, and advisory services across various asset classes. Specializing in commodities, financial futures, options, and fixed income, the company uses advanced technology and market expertise to deliver customized solutions for institutional clients.

The End Point Platform Engineer plays a dynamic and pivotal role, driving innovation and ensuring the organization's end user devices are secure, resilient, and optimized for maximum productivity. By applying specialized expertise, the engineer designs and delivers cutting-edge solutions that empower our global workforce to work smarter and more efficiently. As technical owners of the End Point Platform, the team leads the design, implementation, and management of key systems, including O365, desktop and laptop builds, mobile device integration, and seamless software and patch delivery—ensuring the organization stays ahead with modern capabilities.

Contract Duration: 12 Months



Required Skills & Experience
  • End point platform design, implementation, and management, covering O365, desktop builds, mobile integration, and patch delivery.
  • Driving innovation in solution delivery, evolving corporate build images, device patching, software delivery, VPN integration, and Windows Autopilot.
  • Managing security and resiliency across endpoints, ensuring strong security controls, operational monitoring, and system resilience.
  • Leading the integration of emerging technologies, identifying use cases, and ensuring seamless implementation within the organization.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining thorough documentation for hardware, software configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensuring alignment with ITIL standards and managing exceptions to global standard implementations.
  • Managing vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing cost/value through effective vendor coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Active Directory (DNS/DHCP/GPO).
  • Experience with Endpoint Central, LanSweeper, Mimecast, and Atlassian tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot, mobile integration, BYOD integration, and VPN client integration.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.


Desired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified Endpoint Manager
