As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our data initiatives align with our strategic objectives. Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of 2 or more.
- Proven experience in a data engineering or similar role, with a track record of building and managing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in fintech and/or martech industries.
- Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics techniques.
- Familiarity with Snowflake and Postgres Databases within AWS.
- Collaborate with other data stewards to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and consistent
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data and analytics
- Helps deliver results through a comprehensive understanding of iterative Agile delivery
