Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize firewall policies, rules, and configurations (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco).
- Perform network administration tasks (routers, switches, VPNs, VLANs, network segmentation).
- Evaluate and enhance network security controls.
- Troubleshoot network issues and outages.
- Support system administration tasks (servers, workstations) as needed.
- Assist with Azure migration and management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Fortinet
- Experience setting up firewalls from scratch
- Hands-on experience with network devices and protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP).
- Industry certifications such as Fortinet NSE 1-4, CCNA, or CCNP preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux system administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
- Hybrid role with occasional on-call support.
