As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will design data systems that model data clearly and effectively. You’ll consolidate data from multiple sources, empowering stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll join a cross-functional team focused on solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in a technical role with advanced SQL knowledge
- Strong grasp of performance-oriented SQL
- Experience with data modeling and orchestration tools
- Skilled in both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with object data stores (e.g., Snowflake, MongoDB, S3)
- Understanding of ETL vs. ELT processes, data warehouses, and BI tools
- Ability to convey data insights to diverse audiences
- Experience in autonomous, cross-functional team environments
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with DBT or Airflow in production
- Familiar with cloud resource deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Background in data quality, governance, or disaster recovery
- Proficient in a programming language (e.g., Python)
- Enthusiastic about testing new tools and technologies
