A consulting company in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Client Service Desk Coordinator to oversee and distribute support tickets to a team of IT professionals. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for internal employees and external clients, ensuring that all service requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. You will focus on managing ticket distribution, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to clearly communicate with both internal teams and external clients. No technical expertise is required, but you should be comfortable handling a variety of service requests and ensuring they are routed to the appropriate team members for resolution.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients

  • Friendly, approachable personality with a focus on customer service

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a support environment

  • Ability to manage and distribute service tickets to the appropriate teams or professionals

  • Proficient in using ticketing systems (experience with any specific platform a plus)

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring that requests are tracked and followed through to resolution

What You Will Be Doing
  • Overseeing and distributing service tickets to support professionals based on priority and expertise

  • Maintaining clear communication with internal employees and external clients to ensure requests are understood and processed efficiently

  • Ensuring timely follow-up on open tickets and escalating issues when necessary

  • Tracking service requests and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Collaborating with team members to ensure that all client and employee inquiries are addressed and managed appropriately
