Python Software Engineer

We are looking for a software engineer to join our team. In this position will be creating back-end software focused on robotics, automation, and logistics/distribution efforts. Ideal candidates will have an interest in working in a smaller company, have experience working with strongly cross-functional teams across multiple business units. Candidates also must have strong fundamental engineering skills in Python.
This is a junior position, so applicants with only 1-2 years of experience, including internships & co-ops, will be considered. Prior work or project experience in robotics, warehouse automation, IoT, integrated hardware/software environments, or logistics/distribution is a strong plus.
This is a hybrid position (3x/week) in Northern Dallas. Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of Python Development
• Cloud development (AWS or Azure)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Linux/Ubuntu OS environment
• Experience in warehouse automation, logistics/distribution, robotics, or a connected environment

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• 90% Python Engineering
• 10% Misc. software engineering

Daily Responsibilities

• 80% Hands On
