This company is looking for an Manager, Enterprise Applications to join their growing team! Required Skills And Experience
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT is required.
  • At least four (4) years of experience managing enterprise applications is required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in a multi-unit environment is required.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Workday (Finance and/or HCM) is required.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with the capacity to support conclusions and perspectives using data and metrics.
  • High proficiency in SQL.
  • Excellent project management skills.
Nice To Have 
  • Experience with additional enterprise applications or systems beyond Workday.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and solutions.
  • Advanced certifications in IT or project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL).
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with process improvement and optimization strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
What You Will Be Doing 
  • Manage the administration, upkeep, and optimization of business applications.
  • Partner with IT teams and vendors to quickly resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and improve technology solutions that support business growth.
  • Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and convert findings into technical specifications for innovation.
  • Safeguard the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within business applications.
  • Ensure applications comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, such as HIPAA and PCI.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations, workflows, and procedures.

  • Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
