Helpdesk System Administrator

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position paying $20/hour, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. The role is fully onsite in Lewisville, TX, and offers a collaborative environment where you can develop professionally and work on impactful IT projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in Systems Administration.
• Proficiency with Windows computers, Apple iPads, and Local Area Networks.
• Expertise in Windows Server troubleshooting.
• Ability to train users on Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service skills and a desire to learn new business applications quickly.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with dealership applications (CDK DMS system, manufacturer systems, etc.).
• Knowledge of managing system logs and activity on print/file servers.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and hardware recommendations.
