One of the nation’s top performing labor broker companies are looking to bring on a Support technician to their growing team. This company’s mission is to provide expertise of installation services that include improvements in products such as doors, windows, siding, and kitchen appliances.

They are looking for a Help Desk technician to join their team as they recently promoted someone upward. Ideally looking for someone who can help with Tier 1 and some 2 support. Most of the users will be internal based, with some external. They are a Windows environment, so you will be working with MS Suite, Active Directory (setting up UN and PW), O365, and Outlook.

This is slated as a 6-month contract-to-hire role. Pay rate is between $18-20/hr, with a conversation salary around $38-40K. This will be onsite in Grand Prairie, with some wfh flex from time to time.


Required Skills & Experience
  • High School Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Help desk or technical support experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of troubleshooting Office 365 applications
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot software
  • Ability to configure and support internet browsers
  • Mobile application support experience
  • Microsoft Office Products knowledge
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Certifications in Microsoft O365 or Azure
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in team environments
