Job Description Our client, a healthcare company, is looking for a jack of all trades type System Administrator to join their IT Infrastructure team. Most of their IT team travels from office to office to help support their IT infrastructure and set up their offices’ hardware (VOIP phone systems, printers, medical equipment, etc). This role involves 50-75% travel.

In this role you’d complete Go-Live open calls, WorldPay open calls, Remodel projects, Server support, network support, field and helpdesk escalations, technical resource management, troubleshooting (high level), other meetings and representation on the managers behalf, technical training sessions, reporting, and documentation. The ideal candidate has experience working with Windows, virtualization tools, firewalls (Fortinet/FortiGate preferred), VOIP (Nextiva), AD, DNS, load balancers, O365, VPNs, and hardware (printers, medical devices, etc).

This a 50-75% travel heavy, 6 month contract to hire position based out of Dallas, Texas. Compensation is $40-45/hr, converting over to an $80-90k salary. Required Skills & Experience
  • Willingness to travel around the United States 50-75% of the time
  • L3 network and system support experience needed

  • 5+ years of experience working with servers and/or networking
  • Experience working in a medical office a huge plus
