The largest ortho-focused dental support organization in the US is looking to grow their team. They partner with dental and orthodontist practices in an effort to help manage their practice as well as drive customer reach out. They are looking to bring on System Administrator with VoIP and support experience. 

Right now, they are looking for a Systems Admin who is skilled with Windows experience but can help with their call centers and VoIP tech. Ideally, they are looking for someone who is skilled with O365 and Teams Voice along with some experience with TalkDesk and/or G12 Communications is a plus. As well as providing any IT support and customer service for IT related needs for end users. 

This is a full time, direct hire hybrid position out of their Addison office. Desired Skills & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting cloud-based telephony systems required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
  • Intermediate understanding of Active Directory and networking required
  • Basic knowledge of Exchange or O365 preferred
  • Experience with Talk Desk call center software and VoIP technologies
  • Previous IT support and customer service experience
