An injury law firm is looking to bring on a IT Support Specialist to join their team on a full time basis. They are looking for a Support Desk Tech/IT Specialist having prior experience in an IT support position, a plus if you are coming out of a law firm, working with Windows 10/11, O365/M365, remote access, Active Directory, Azure and overall network support and troubleshooting experience. As well as experience providing deskside and executive level white glove support.

This is a full-time position with four days onsite Monday - Thursday, and one day remote - Friday, in their North Dallas office. Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an IT Support position - L1/2 Technical Support and a plus if you have experience coming from a law firm/legal entity.
  • Must have a proven customer service background.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 10/11, PC and Mac hardware, printing, peripherals, mobile devices, remote access, virus/malware removal, and productivity applications (Office 365, Adobe, Zoom, etc.)
  • Azure
  • Network support and troubleshooting
  • Deskside in person support for users
  • Executive level/White glove support
  • Excellent intrapersonal skills and the ability to work one a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while also being flexible to adapt to the needs of the firm and meet deadlines.
