We are partnered with a medical company that works to help Eye Care Professionals grow their business and sustain financial success. Right now, they are looking for a Senior IT Helpdesk Technician to join their team on a full-time basis.

As a Senior IT Helpdesk Technician you will work with the IT Help Desk team, lead, and manager to work different types of IT helpdesk support requests ranging from fielding incoming help requests from end users via ticketing system and assist in a respectful manner, documenting all pertinent information including all decisions made, actions taken, and confirmation of a successful result, maintaining excellent customer service over the phone, helpdesk, chat systems, or email, escalating tickets as needed, diagnostic and repair of supported hardware and software, develop and maintain help sheets and knowledge base articles for end users, assistance with growth and training of new associates to ensure overall team success.

This will be a full-time direct hire position, hybrid onsite in their North Dallas office off Belt Line Rd. Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’ degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience in a customer service facing role or IT Support position.
  • Experience working with Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, PC hardware, Software, Mobile device support and troubleshooting, O365/M365, Remote access/RDS.
  • Any VoIP experience or VoIP troubleshooting - Nextiva preferred
  • Any network experience or network troubleshooting - Cisco Meraki and Fortinet firewalls preferred.
  • Project and task prioritization and overall excellent time management skills
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills to work with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability and desire to stay motivated while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve technical, procedural, and operational issues.
  • Courteous, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Self-starter and Self-managed.
  • Strong documentation skills.
