Data Scientist: Real Estate/Finance

We are partnered with a premier financial services company in the Dallas area to build out a data practice, including a Data Scientist. In this position you will be Applying Machine learning, predictive analytics, and other techniques to provide advanced insights into pricing, demand, and usage, primarily for real estate.
Fully on-site in Dallas, TX Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years of experience within data science
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or similar relevant field
• Programming Languages:
  • R
  • Python + Relevant libraries
  • SQL
• Technologies
  • AWS
  • Sagemaker
  • Snowpark
• Prior Experience in financial or real estate industry
• Statistical Analysis
• Model development
• Predictive Modelling, Machine Learning, Stochastic Modelling

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master’s or PhD in Relevant field
