Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering management
- Project management experience
- Experience having direct reports within a role
- Experience with automation and production lines
- Experience with Process Maps – FMEAs to document is a plus
- Experience with Project management is highly preferred
- Individuals who are looking for a Management heavy role – leading projects
- PMP certification is a plus
