They are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their team and lead the optimization of their production processes. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure their manufacturing processes are robust and scalable. Key responsibilities include managing engineering teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and leading process automation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a background in manufacturing engineering, and a proven track record in managing complex projects within a high-performance environment.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering management
  • Project management experience
  • Experience having direct reports within a role
  • Experience with automation and production lines
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Process Maps – FMEAs to document is a plus
  • Experience with Project management is highly preferred
  • Individuals who are looking for a Management heavy role – leading projects
  • PMP certification is a plus
