A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to be hybrid either to their Tuscaloosa, AL or Phillipsburg, KS office. They are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects related to plant systems, production improvements, and new manufacturing initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineers, operations managers, and other stakeholders, to develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. You will be responsible for managing project risks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving projects to completion on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be guiding teams through each phase of the project life cycle, from initiation to final handover, ensuring that all objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership in a manufacturing environment
  • Managing and coordinating technical resources
  • Experience working with a collaborative team of manufacturing engineers
  • Individuals with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Process Maps - FMEAS
Desired Skills & Experience
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Experience with Automation production lines
