Senior BI Engineer

Job Title: Senior BI Engineer (Power BI Developer/Reporting Analyst)

Location: Onsite (with flexibility, half-days on Fridays)
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Senior BI Engineer to develop Power BI and SSRS reports and dashboards focused on financial data, sales, inventory, shipping, and AR reserves. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights. Post-acquisition, you'll help integrate new data pipelines and optimize reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI and SSRS reports and dashboards.
• Analyze and visualize financial and operational data (sales, invoicing, backlogs, inventory).
• Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
• Maintain and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Integrate new data sources into BI systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Power BI and SSRS development with financial data analysis.
• Strong SQL and Azure experience.
• Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and business teams.
