They are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join their dynamic team and lead the development of their data infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines that support their complex energy operations. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineering teams to manage large datasets, ensure data integrity, and drive advanced analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, with a deep understanding of cloud-based data platforms, ETL processes, and big data technologies. Your work will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making and optimizing their energy production and distribution processes.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Azure Data Factory / MS Cloud Data Engineering
  • Experience with ETL pipelining (building from scratch)
  • Experience with Fabric
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Experience with PowerBI - SSIS
  • Experience with SQL
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with data lakes – data warehousing
  • Experience programming within Python is a plus (open to Scala)
