A Healthcare company in Danville, PA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in VMware, Windows, and the entire M365 suite. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to innovative projects that shape the future of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage virtualization and infrastructure solutions using VMware technologies.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Windows servers and workstations in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Administer and support Office 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, security, and network engineering, to ensure seamless integration of systems.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on VMware, Windows, and Office 365.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, vSphere), Windows Server (2016/2019), and Office 365 administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
