Exciting Job opportunity for an IT HelpDesk Supervisor with an Energy company located in Des Plaine IL to lead their technical support team. This role combines technical expertise with customer service leadership in a professional R&D environment focused on innovative clean energy solutions. The successful candidate will oversee Help Desk operations, manage a team of technicians, and serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues while working with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related field preferred
- 7+ years' experience in Windows Systems Engineer or IT Administrator role
- 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory technology support role
- Strong expertise in Azure Active Directory, Security Groups, Intune, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft/Office 365
- Experience with networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Excellent knowledge of network infrastructure and patch management
- Superior customer service skills with focus on end-user satisfaction
- Strong analytical, organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with FreshDesk or similar ticketing systems
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online Administration
- Azure Cloud Services experience
- Database administration knowledge
- Storage technologies expertise
