They have over 4 million customers and 5,000+ employees dedicated to providing innovative solutions that simplify the healthcare system, improve efficiency and outcomes while reducing costs.

Contract Duration: 7+ Months with potential conversion to FTE

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Microsoft excel skills
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Salesforce
What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in a team managing the process of appointing, terminating and maintaining the agency and agent population in a compliant and financially responsible way for internal and external agents.
- Accountable for completing and responding to inquiries from internal sales staff and agents related to commission payments, agent of record changes and updates to demographics within predefined service level agreement timelines.
- Accountable for correction processing required for incorrect commission payment and defining the root cause of the payment issue and pursuing corrective action to address potential future situations.
- Ensure that actions are tracked and managed in accordance with team and corporate policies.
- Provide detailed reports on any key initiatives or short-term activities to leadership and teammates.
- Act as an expert on the flow of data to and from the producer system of record to best identify root-causes of any issues that may arise and provide guidance and knowledge to best explain the impacts of up-stream and down-stream changes to the overall Producer Operations and Commission processes.
