Our client, a nationally recognized and award-winning company in the health insurance vertical, has a long term contract opening for a Salesforce Administrator. They have over 4 million customers and 5,000+ employees dedicated to providing innovative solutions that simplify the healthcare system, improve efficiency and outcomes while reducing costs.

Contract Duration: Until 12/31 renewable, expected contract 12-36 months

What You Will Be Doing

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years as Salesforce Admin
- Certified admin in Salesforce
- Worked with 200+ users to understand SOP, permission sets, and follow policy/procedures
- Agile environment experience
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

What You Will Be Doing
- You will work within the Salesforce team at this health insurance company.
- Maintain validation rules & flows, add new fields, page layout changes, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Must be familiar w/the capabilities of Salesforce
- This team Primarily support sales and marketing and all of the sales markets (large group, small group, etc.): 2,500+ users
- Reading work items/features and developing them
- Converting Process Builders into Flows
- Work in an Agile team with 2 weeks sprint cadence
