The global Information Technology (IT) Function leads efforts to align IT with Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end-to-end business processes and information integration technologies. Through these initiatives, IT enhances our competitive edge by delivering cost-efficient IT applications, infrastructure, and project services worldwide.
Purpose of the Position: Configure and support network devices and solutions in line with our technology standards to meet the connectivity needs of our businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced cloud platform proficiency and strong experience with infrastructure-as-code, particularly Ansible and Terraform, with a focus on automation.
  • Solid understanding of multi-account and multi-region network topology and routing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AWS/Azure Cloud networking.
  • Expertise in infrastructure as code, applying automation to network cloud administration and operations.
Education Requirements:
  • 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in technology and network engineering in a large enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and developing cloud network solutions.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience building enterprise cloud networks using IaC.
  • Proven experience solving problems in both cloud and traditional networks for large enterprises.
  • Practical knowledge of network security, including packet filtering, access lists, firewalls, WAF, IDS, and DDoS mitigation techniques.
  • Experience with cloud services and connectivity.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages and automation tools such as Python and Ansible.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols, including BGP and OSPF.
  • Experience with Cisco ACI, Cisco IOS, and VeloCloud SD-WAN.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure and hardware, including Juniper, Palo Alto, ZScaler, Infoblox, and IoT.
  • Knowledge of TACACS, AAA, IPSEC, 802.x, and public/private key encryption.
  • Experience with monitoring/alerting/forensic tools such as Auvik, Observian, Nagios, SolarWinds, Splunk, Cisco Prime, NNMI, and NetBrain.
  • Understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, and COBIT.
  • CCNP or higher Cisco Certification.
  • Cloud Certification (AWS/Azure).
Location / Travel / Schedule Requirements:
Preferred location: Charlotte, NC, or near a company site. ( Wilmington, Tarboro, Concord, Hickory) Compensation and Benefits:
