Software Engineering Manager (Remote Eligible)

What You’ll Do:-
Lead a team of frontend and full-stack engineers delivering value-driven features across a key product line

Act as a hands-on leader: write, review, and deploy code alongside your team

Collaborate with product and design teams to drive feature development and prioritize the roadmap

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

Champion engineering best practices across performance, maintainability, scalability, and security

Support hiring and onboarding of new team members

Conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and guide professional development through mentorship and coaching

Help build a collaborative, inclusive, and ownership-driven team culture

7+ years of software development experience (full-stack or backend preferred)

3+ years of experience in Agile/SaaS environments

2+ years of leadership experience, including mentoring or people management

Strong background in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core Web API, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React

Familiarity with modern development tools and processes: Git, CI/CD, Docker, etc.

Strong communication skills and a passion for team growth and success

Experience working in fast-paced, high-impact environments
