We are working with a growing tech-driven organization in Lebanon NH, seeking a Technical Support Intern for a part-time onsite contract role. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to break into IT support, with hands-on exposure to ticketing systems, troubleshooting, and hardware logistics. This role is onsite, Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and pays $18–$20/hour depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
· 1+ year of customer service experience (help desk or tech support preferred)
· Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
· Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools
· High school diploma or higher
Desired Skills & Experience
· Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar platforms
· Experience with shipping/receiving or inventory management
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
