Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10-12 years of System Administration or relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of Unix and Windows operating Systems
- Strong experience with Ansible and Terraform
- Experience in software/application support and maintenance
- Coding capabilities (scripting and/ or software development)
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong database management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Cloud integration experience
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Cross-organizational communication skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- ITSM (Service Request, Incident, Change) management experience
- Basic project management experience
