Long term contract opportunity in Everett, WA for a Senior Program Planner/Scheduler role. The Senior Program Planner/Scheduler reports to the CM&I PMO Director and works collaboratively with various program teams (Program Manager, finance, contracts, and technical leads) to develop, maintain, and evaluate program performance against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB). This role requires to work on-site.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. (MS Project, or similar scheduling software like Primavera, Open Plan)
- Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
- Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Experience with Government regulations, especially pertaining to program planning and Earned Value compliance.
- Experience in the area of analyzing and querying schedule data (including Schedule Metrics).
- Experience using numerous ancillary scheduling products such as Full Monte, @Risk, FastTrak and PertChart Expert.
- Experience in assisting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in planning, scheduling and cost estimating tasks
- Ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to decompose statements of work into their basic elements and transform them into a workable program plan.
What You Will Be Doing
- Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that are compliant with corporate/company requirements.
- Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration.
- Assist in planning and cost estimating tasks, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments. This includes internal weekly and monthly program schedule review packages and compliant external Contractual Data Requirements List submittals.
- Participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, variance analysis and other forms of in-depth and actionable schedule related analysis.
- Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic current contract schedule baselines.
