A company is currently seeking an experienced Microsoft full-stack developer to join their software development team in Flower Mound, Texas. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise and a collaborative approach to client interaction. They are looking for individuals who are passionate about software development, proficient with modern tools and frameworks, and prefer working in a streamlined, low-bureaucracy environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Over 2 years of experience with .NET Framework MVC/WebAPI.
• Over 2 years of experience with JavaScript (JQuery), responsive design (Bootstrap), Microsoft SQL Server, Agile development processes, and version control (Git).
• Over 2 years of experience with Angular.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather user stories.
• Ability to independently design software updates and validate designs with architects.
• Experience in gathering client requirements, designing solutions, and keeping DevOps informed with tickets, user stories, and progress updates.
• A proactive approach to seeking help, updating DevOps, and advocating for the quality of your work.
• Meeting sprint goals and deadlines is essential.
• A passion for high-quality software development and working with the latest tools and frameworks.
• Preference for a low-bureaucracy environment that prioritizes efficient solutions.
• A strong desire for personal growth and development.

Nice To Have 

• Experience with .NET Core.
• Familiarity with JavaScript MVx frameworks (ReactJS, Angular, Vue).
• CI/CD experience with Azure.
• Knowledge of API architecture, including lift-and-shift migration and monolithic API decomposition.

What You Will Be Doing 

• Develop and maintain software using .NET MVC, WebAPI, and Angular.
• Build responsive, scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and manage version control using Git.
• Enhance APIs and assist in monolithic API migration efforts.
• Participate in Agile development processes and attend sprint meetings.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends.
• Communicate with DevOps and team members to track progress.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Office Location

• Flower Mound, TX
• This is a full-time primarily remote position. You'll come into our offices one afternoon a week.
