Our global SaaS Education client has a great foot in the door contract opportunity! This client seeks a full-time contractor People Experience Business Partner. This is a fully remote role.
The People Experience Business Partner aligns business goals with employee and leadership needs across designated units. Serving as a strategic advisor, this role supports leaders on people-related matters, champions employee experience, and drives organizational change. It proactively identifies workforce needs and collaborates with HR and business teams to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions. The role may include international responsibilities and requires strong business insight, including understanding financials, strategic plans, culture, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and driving people strategies in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience working in global or multicultural environments is a plus.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and people analytics tools to inform decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple regions (if applicable).

- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, DEI) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support global HR initiatives and ensure alignment across regions, where applicable.
