We are helping a commercial design manufacturing company hire an IT Support Specialist/Network Engineer for their Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin office. They are a global leader in providing innovative and customized interior solutions for commercial spaces. The IT Support/Network Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Cisco network, including VLAN configurations and troubleshooting, to ensure reliable connectivity across the facility. You will provide hands-on support to end users, addressing hardware and software issues, configuring devices, and resolving IT tickets efficiently. The role involves maintaining and supporting the Epicor ERP system, as well as managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory. You will also oversee Office 365 administration and ensure network security practices are followed. This position requires a proactive individual who can balance day-to-day IT support with network management tasks in a dynamic production environment.



Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Cisco network management and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in VLAN configuration and management
  • Knowledge of basic routing and switching (OSPF, BGP preferred)
  • Experience with end-user device configurations (PCs, printers, mobile devices)
  • Skilled in software installation, updates, and patching
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with Epicor ERP or similar enterprise systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration
  • Understanding of basic network security practices (firewalls, endpoint protection)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user/group management)
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 5-20 years of experience with IT/Networking
  • BS or Associates degree required
