Seeking a Project Coordinator with strong experience updating project information and working with both vendors and stakeholders to get status updates and keep projects on track.
This person will be responsible for a couple of workstreams and work with both vendors and stakeholders day to day and keep all stakeholders on task, establishing milestones and being the point of contact with business and technology partners. Often times this person will own the scheduling for discussions among key business stakeholders to identify solutions to problems. This person must be proactive and comfortable working to meet tight deadlines that cannot be moved and pushing through to meet defined deadlines.

Job responsibilities
- Responsible for keeping stakeholders on task and organized and scheduling meetings related to projects in flight with Stakeholders, IT, and Vendors.
- Maintain project documentation and evidence including but not limited to decision logs, meeting minutes, meeting agenda’s etc.
- Create and deliver executive level presentations on projects and initiatives to provide updates, next steps, and final results
- Preparation of executive summary documents and presentation decks for senior management
- You will execute tasks independently under dynamic targets, in an energetic, changing, and fast paced working environment. Able to follow a structured and organized approach for executing tasks or introduce changes into processes.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation, good judgement and problem-solving skills when making decisions, an outside the box thinker that can challenge the norm.
- Miust be extremely organized, proactive, and pay attention to detail and have the upmost customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
