Seeking a Director of Data Science to lead and scale its data strategy, engineering, and analytics capabilities. This role will drive data-driven decision-making, optimize business operations through machine learning (ML), and enhance data infrastructure to support company-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a company-wide data strategy that enhances business intelligence and analytics.

  • Oversee data engineering operations, including pipeline development, ETL processes, and data governance.

  • Design and manage scalable cloud-based data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting.

  • Define data governance policies and best practices for data accessibility and compliance.

  • Lead machine learning and predictive analytics projects to optimize operations and improve decision-making.

  • Implement data visualization and reporting solutions to provide actionable insights.

  • Manage a lean, high-impact team, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

  • Work cross-functionally with executives and key stakeholders to align data initiatives with business needs.

  • Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability in enterprise-wide data solutions.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in data science, engineering, and analytics within large-scale environments.

  • Expertise in data architecture, ETL pipelines, governance frameworks, and cloud computing.

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning models, predictive analytics, and automation.

  • Proficiency in data visualization, SQL-based databases, and cloud platforms.

  • Strong leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.

  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

  • Background in data security, compliance, and governance best practices.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
