This client is looking for an Embedded Software QA Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing their in-house developed embedded software to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of their energy management systems. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing software test automation frameworks for embedded software, conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulations using MatLab and LabView, test embedded software that processes data from hardware sensors, ensure the software effectively directs energy traffic, stores energy when prices are low, and redistributes or sells energy when prices are high, and collaborate with the development team to refine and improve software performance.

Requirements and Desirables:
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with software test automation using Python, C, or C++
  • Familiarity with HIL simulation, MatLab, and LabView
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Eligible for H1B sponsorship, Green Card, or U.S. Citizenship
  • 5+ Years of QA Test Automation experience
  • 2+ Years of Embedded Software QA Experience
