- Over 7 years of practical development experience in the Financial Services sector
- More than 3 years in a Technical Lead role, guiding development teams
- Expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, and PL/SQL (Oracle 19c)
- Skilled in designing and optimizing databases for efficiency
- Experienced in developing and managing Microservices APIs
- Led the creation of end-to-end software solutions, including front-end, middleware, and back-end
- Managed project teams and oversaw technical execution
- Proficient in Agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Hands-on experience in high-performance, distributed computing systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Proactive, quick to learn, takes ownership, and works well within teams
- Bachelor's Degree
- Oversee the development of software solutions that cover all layers: front-end, middleware, and back-end.
- Write and maintain code using Java 17, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, and PL/SQL (Oracle 19c) to build robust applications.
- Take charge of database architecture and performance optimization.
- Participate in Agile workflows, bringing expertise in DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional management teams to ensure seamless integration and define necessary system updates for product launches and process improvements.
- Solve complex, high-stakes problems by analyzing business and system processes, as well as industry best practices.
- Offer deep technical guidance, ensuring application designs align with architectural frameworks.
- Establish best practices for coding, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
- Develop a strong understanding of how various business functions, such as infrastructure and architecture, come together to achieve company goals.
- Analyze challenges and create innovative strategies to resolve them.
- Act as a mentor to mid-level developers and analysts, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
