Grow your career as a Data Integration Lead with an innovative global bank in Irving, TX. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will handle facilitating/executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business. Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's/University degree.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in Banking or Finance.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Familiarity with data concepts.
  • Analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Master's degree.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead a team of people. Oversee management of people, budget, and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary action/terminations and may include budget approval.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings.
  • Should be aware of the project status, and coach project leads on approaches to address and escalate potential risks and issues.
  • Determine appropriateness, confirm quality, and guide revisions/refinement of presentation content and materials for Governance forums.
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, and associated dependencies. Allocate/coordinate work within team or project group.
  • Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes.
  • Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.
  • Guide and allocate taskwork for work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy.
  • Develop and articulate business requirements and maps current and future state processes.
  • Contribute to strategic design and process improvement project implementation, driving progress and decision-making across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations.
