Digital Product Manager

Our client is seeking a Digital Product Manger for a 6-month contract in Irving, TX. You will be working an onsite schedule.

Operations Innovation is on a mission to radically simplify our field & in-store experience, delighting both our operations teams and customers alike. As a Product Manager on the Innovation team, you will be tasked to maximize store simplification of processes in the field by way of innovative Enterprise Mobile App development & design. Product managers will define product strategy, develop, launch, and enhance products and services that drive our business forward. You'll also be responsible for identifying and tracking KPIs as you build these amazing experiences. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual, self-starter with a passion for user experience and building impactful and meaningful experiences.

The ideal candidate has had product management interactions with engineering teams, marketing & content creation teams, and is comfortable communicating at the leadership level.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding and empathy for our field & store teams’ daily life - and use this knowledge to identify and solve real problems with real applications
• Conduct, and analyze feedback from stakeholders, market research, customer research, usability testing, and UAT to ensure we're designing the correct solutions.
• Partner with software engineers to ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision and suggest ways to track product use and impact on end user – especially with regard to AI applications to simplify the daily life in the store.
• Produce and review product requirements documents, wireframes, prototypes and write specifications for new features and changes.
• Develop learning plan and measure feature success.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• A doer who builds trust across multiple teams and creates excitement about the challenges we plan to tackle.
